For Fennies Nurseries, we delivered a customised, responsive platform built on Woosmap’s powerful API suite. Users can explore nurseries through list, grid, and map views, grouped by regions like Kent and Surrey, offering intuitive navigation across locations. Clicking on map markers takes users to dedicated nursery pages with static maps, allowing for easy access to specific nursery details.
To improve accessibility, we integrated the Transit API, allowing users to view public transport routes. The Distance API complements this by providing routes for walking, cycling, and driving, ensuring all travel options are covered. This thoughtful integration enhances user convenience, especially for parents seeking the best nursery options.
The project also includes a novel merge with the Greenhouse API, allowing job listings to be plotted on the map in real time, giving users a unique experience by combining job search and nursery exploration in one interface.
All code was designed to fit seamlessly within Webflow, allowing Friends of Mine to easily embed it into their website without the need for further development.
